Description
Kforce’s client in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Director of Shared Services. This role offers a hybrid schedule, competitive salary + bonus, and comprehensive benefits package. This position is hybrid, in office and WFH combo, therefore the client is searching for local candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead team of accountants
- Oversee training and development
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end close and financial reporting
- Maintain internal controls
- Analyze processes and identify areas for improvement
- Other duties as assigned
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Professional certification preferred
- 8-10 years of experience; 5+ in leadership
