Description
The manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant management of all employee-related administrative processes. Leading a team of seven people, this role will serve as the key reference for the HR department on employment law, tax, and social security matters, with a strong focus on labor cost optimization and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all administrative processes related to personnel management, from hiring to termination, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations.
- Supervise payroll processing and liaise with payroll providers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.
- Manage relationships with social security institutions (INPS, INAIL), the tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with deadlines and legal obligations.
- Monitor and analyze labor costs, preparing detailed reports and providing strategic control tools to the HR and Finance departments.
- Define and implement policies for labor cost optimization through strategic workforce management, compensation policies, and contract structures.
- Collaborate with the Finance & Controlling department in workforce budgeting and cost forecasting.
- Ensure proper implementation of compensation & benefits policies, assessing their effectiveness and alignment with market standards.
- Support internal and external audits by responding to compliance inquiries and ensuring traceability of administrative data.
- Manage, motivate, and develop the administrative team, fostering a stimulating and growth-oriented work environment.
Qualification & Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Law, or related fields; a Master’s in Employment Law or HR Management is a plus.
- At least 10 years of experience in similar roles within structured environments (preferably in the pharmaceutical, chemical sectors).
- In-depth knowledge of labor law, taxation, and social security regulations.
- Expertise in payroll management and interaction with external institutions.
- Strong analytical skills for labor cost management and optimization.
- Experience in team leadership and management of complex processes.
- Fluent English (B2/C1).
