Key Responsibilities

Bring your passion for technology, innovation, and global leadership to a role where no two days are the same. As our Director of IT, you’ll take the reins of Columbia Machine’s worldwide IT infrastructure, leading digital transformation and ensuring technology enables our continued growth.

  • Define and execute a bold, future-focused global IT strategy
  • Lead international IT operations and teams (including shared services in India and dotted-line leadership across global subsidiaries)
  • Align enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, CAD) with business needs across departments and regions
  • Be the champion of cybersecurity strategy and compliance across all operations
  • Drive digital transformation projects that improve efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction
  • Unify and modernize global IT infrastructure, architecture, and policies
  • Partner with executive leadership to ensure IT enables strategic growth
  • Inspire and develop a top-tier global IT team
  • Make data-driven decisions that deliver high-impact, measurable business results

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s/MBA a strong plus)
  • 10+ years of IT leadership experience in a global manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise systems, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity best practices
  • Proven success leading ERP implementations and digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience with international teams, shared services, and complex cross-functional projects
  • Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and change management skills
