As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Human Resources team in Mechanicsburg, PA plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home®.

As a Director of Human Resources Operations and Shared Service at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by leading and optimizing our HR Shared Services and HR Operations functions.

Director of Human Resources Operations and Shared Service

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the HR Operations and Shared Services teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services to employees across the organization.
  • Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures that align with organizational goals while monitoring performance metrics.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and compliance with tax laws and reporting requirements.
  • Lead the management and optimization of the Company HRIS (Dayforce); Oversee system upgrades, implementations, and integrations with other business systems.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the HR Operations and HRSS teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Qualification & Requirements

  • {Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree or a professional HR certification preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience and a minimum of 4 years in a leadership position.
  • Expertise with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve high performance.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with all Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log in to Company required systems using two-factor authentication.
