Description
We are seeking a seasoned leader to own and elevate the design, delivery, and transformation of our HR Shared Services and HR technology platforms. This is a dual-function leadership role: you will build, scale, and optimize a global HRSS team, while also steering the strategy, roadmap, and operations of our HRIS ecosystem (Oracle Fusion HCM, ServiceNow, Power BI analytics, and integrated tooling).
This is a high-impact role where you will shape the way employees interact with HR from onboarding to exit – enabling efficiency, consistency, compliance, and data-driven decision-making across all regions.
Key Responsibilities
HR Shared Services (HRSS)
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing global HRSS team delivering consistent, responsive HR services across the employee lifecycle
- Enhance and automate the ServiceNow platform workflow, ensuring seamless case management and routing
- Define, monitor, and enforce SLAs, KPIs, and governance models that embed operational rigor
- Serve as escalation point for complex HR issues and ensure resolution with speed and fairness
- Own global HR policy governance, documentation, and process compliance with local legal variations
- Partner with Finance and Payroll to deliver reliable workforce reporting – headcount, MI, cost forecasting, etc.
- Lead cyclical HR operations (performance, compensation cycles, promotions, transfers) globally
- Drive continuous process improvement, standardization, and operational excellence
- Support broader HR teams with dashboards, analytics, and self-service insights
HRIS & Technology
- Provide strategic direction and executive oversight for HR technology platforms, with primary responsibility for Oracle Fusion HCM
- Lead and mentor the HRIS team; ensure rigorous system administration, maintenance, and forward-looking enhancements
- Develop and own the HRIS roadmap – aligning enhancements and integrations (Finance, Payroll, Talent systems) with business priorities
- Manage system upgrades, rollouts, vendor relationships, budgets, and contracts
- Ensure data integrity, security, and audit controls across HR systems
- Advocate and drive adoption of self-service portals, analytics dashboards, and technology-enabled HR experiences
Governance, Strategy & Change
- Act as a trusted partner to senior HR leadership, helping define HR service delivery strategy and technology vision
- Develop and lead change management and communication plans to drive adoption of new systems and ways of working
- Stay abreast of HR operations & HRIS best practices globally, ensuring Stats Perform remains at the frontier of innovation and compliance
- Ensure all HR operations and systems align with global governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
Qualification & Requirements
- Extensive experience leading global HR Shared Services or HR Operations in a multi-country environment
- Proven track record managing HR technology functions and roadmaps – Oracle Fusion HCM experience is essential
- Experience building and leading teams across HRSS and HRIS functions
- Demonstrated success driving process standardization, operational efficiency, and service excellence across geographies
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly at senior leadership levels
- Vendor and contract management experience (third-party systems, implementation partners)
- Excellent data, reporting, analytics, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related discipline; certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or Oracle HCM are desirable
- Change management, project management, and communication strength
What You’ll Bring (and Gain)
- A strategic mindset plus operational discipline – someone who can think big and also get in the weeds
- An ability to lead through ambiguity, set clarity, and drive measurable outcomes
- A passion for creating frictionless HR experiences and leveraging technology to amplify impact
- A collaborative style, able to partner across HR, Finance, IT, Payroll, and regional stakeholders
- Competitive reward package and senior executive-level influence over the design of our HR function
- A chance to leave a lasting legacy – you will help define the way teams globally engage with HR
