Description
We are looking for an experienced Director of HR Shared Services, based in our Millennium Hotels & Resorts Regional Office in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Talent & Culture Officer, this role is directly responsible to ensure robust and efficient HR operations processes to support our hotels.
Qualification & Requirements
- Have around 5-8 years’ experience in shared services including team leadership, a proven track record of driving efficiencies and change management in a fast-moving environment, strong expertise in systems and experience in services industry (or hospitality)
- Tech savvy and organized individual, solid in change management and communication, proactive, results driven and with an eye for detail. You will need to work on process improvement and digitalization with a small team.
- Previous experience in a service industry or hospitality is a must. Preference will be given to candidates who are already based in the UAE and who can start on a short notice.
