Key Responsibilities
Supervise the implementation, optimization and administration of shared services in all areas (HR, Accounting, Finance, Administration, etc.)Ensure the efficient provision of these services to all areas of the company, maintaining the agreed service levels and internal satisfaction.
Qualification & Requirements
Industrial Engineer, Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing or similar.Minimum of 5 years’ experience.Experience in budget management, administration and interpretation of P&L, management and management of personnel; management of operational KPIs, experience in profitability strategy and business expansion; analysis and detection of needs and areas of opportunity in operations.Development and execution of action plansGeneral supervision of processes.
