You will operate at the intersection of operations, transformation, and leadership, with a clear expectation to deliver measurable business outcomes at scale.
This is a full-time position based out of our Bangalore office and reports to the Chief Accounting Officer based in Oakland, CA. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

Build a CoE that is not just a service function, but a strategic execution engine for Accounting.

Operate as a trusted partner to global leaders across Accounting, Tax, Payroll, FP&A, Legal, IT and People Operations.
-
Influence decision-making on systems, processes, and organizational design.
