Director – HR Shared Services | Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee human resources service delivery to ensure alignment with company policies and standards.
• Manage end-to-end HR shared services for a global headcount.
• Lead and mentor a large team of HR shared services professionals.
• Develop and implement HR strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Monitor compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless HR operations and support.
• Lead and manage a team to achieve excellence in HR service delivery.
• Provide strategic advice on workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and innovation within the HR function.
• Report on HR performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholder.

Qualification & Requirements

A successful Director – HRSD should have:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in human resources management, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage HR operations effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in consultancy and strategic HR processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
