Director, HR Shared Services & Leaves Admin

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale a high-performing HR Shared Services function
• The Director of HR Systems will lead operational strategy, process improvement, and service delivery across Tier 0-3 support models
• Oversee Leaves Administration and site activation teams
• Manage HR tech stack: Oracle Cloud HCM, ServiceNow, ADP, WFS
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to optimize HR systems and self-service tools
• Lead and develop a team of 3-4 direct reports
• Foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture
• Drive performance, training, and continuous improvement
• The Director of HR Systems will manage external global consulting recruitment vendors
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and performance standards

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 10+ years of experience in HR; 5+ years in HR leadership
• Expertise in HR operations, leave management, and shared services
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, and ADP
• Strong strategic, operational, and people leadership skills
• Knowledge of payroll, benefits, employment law, and compliance best practices preferred
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM a plus
