Key Responsibilities
- Strategic responsibility for HR shared services, including personnel administration, payroll and time management
- Leadership and development of the HR Shared Service team
- Development and implementation of HR processes and policies that increase the efficiency and quality of services
- Collaborate with business departments to develop HR solutions that meet business needs
- Analysis of HR data and KPIs for continuous improvement of HR services
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies
- Support in the implementation of change management initiatives and cultural transformation processes
Qualification & Requirements
- Completed studies in human resources, business administration or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in HR, including at least 5 years in a management position with proven success in leading and developing teams
- Strong expertise in HR processes and systems, particularly in the area of shared services
- Strong leadership skills that enable you to inspire, motivate and lead a team through change
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the company
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to solve complex HR issues
- Familiarity with modern HR technologies and trends
- Fluent written and spoken German and English skills to ensure efficient communication with international teams and stakeholders
