Director HR Shared Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic responsibility for HR shared services, including personnel administration, payroll and time management
  • Leadership and development of the HR Shared Service team
  • Development and implementation of HR processes and policies that increase the efficiency and quality of services
  • Collaborate with business departments to develop HR solutions that meet business needs
  • Analysis of HR data and KPIs for continuous improvement of HR services
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies
  • Support in the implementation of change management initiatives and cultural transformation processes

Qualification & Requirements

  • Completed studies in human resources, business administration or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR, including at least 5 years in a management position with proven success in leading and developing teams
  • Strong expertise in HR processes and systems, particularly in the area of ​​shared services
  • Strong leadership skills that enable you to inspire, motivate and lead a team through change
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the company
  • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to solve complex HR issues
  • Familiarity with modern HR technologies and trends
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English skills to ensure efficient communication with international teams and stakeholders
