Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize operations in India, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services while meeting established service levels and performance benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with global leadership to translate annual strategic objectives into actionable local initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and alignment with global priorities.
  • Drive strategic decision-making in partnership with local HR, Finance teams to enhance talent management and operational effectiveness.

  • 7+ years’ experience managing cross-function team
  • Proven track record in workforce management, healthcare operations, and strategic planning
  • Demonstrated success in managing shared services models within large global organizations.
  • Strong history of developing and implementing strategic global initiatives with exceptional operational outcomes
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with proven success in building and developing high performing teams while fostering continuous improvement.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with expertise in data-driven decision making.
  • Accomplished project management skills with demonstrated experience in complex problem resolution

  • Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
