Description
Currently, the Group’s business covers multiple countries and regions, manufacturing bases, and commercial operations teams. With continued business growth, the Group faces the following challenges: Insufficient regionalization and standardization of financial operating processes; AP, AR, and financial transaction activities scattered across multiple countries; Different processes and control standards existing in different regions; ERP system and business processes need further integration; Management’s increasing demands for transparency in real-time operational and financial data; The Group plans to gradually implement SAP S/4HANA and digital transformation in the future.
To support the Group’s development strategy for the next 3-5 years, management has decided to establish a Global Financial Shared Service Center (GSS) and simultaneously promote global process standardization and ERP transformation projects.
This position will be a key leadership role in improving the Group’s future operational efficiency, building financial governance, and digital transformation. II. Job Objectives: Responsible for establishing and leading the Sinclair Global Shared Service Center (GSS), driving the transformation of global financial operating models, process standardization, and the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. Reports directly to the CFO. This position not only involves the operation and management of the shared service center but also requires leadership responsibility for the Group’s future ERP transformation, process governance, and operational optimization projects. Candidates must possess: Experience in building a global shared service center; experience in financial operations management; experience in ERP implementation; experience in process transformation; team building experience; and hands-on execution capabilities. This position requires the ability to build a system from scratch and to personally participate in the execution of key projects.
Key Responsibilities
Global Shared Service Center Construction
- Responsible for establishing and leading the China Global Shared Service Center. This mainly includes:
- Phase One: Establishing shared service capabilities. Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Cash Application Vendor Master Data Customer Master Data
- Phase Two: Gradually expanding to: Expense Administration Intercompany Accounting General Ledger Support Treasury Operations Support
- Phase Three: Further expanding as needed by the Group’s development to: Procurement Operations Master Data Governance Reporting Centre of Excellence Automation Centre
Global Process Standardization
- Establish and promote unified operating processes across the group. This includes:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P) – Purchase requisition approval process, purchase order management, supplier payments
- Order-to-Cash (O2C) – Order processing, invoicing management, collection management, credit control
- Record-to-Report (R2R) – Financial accounting, month-end closing process, group reporting; Internal Controls. Establish a globally unified standard and process governance system.
ERP Transformation and SAP Implementation
- As the core business leader for the group’s ERP transformation project.
- SAP Implementation Plan

- Process Design
- Master Data Strategy
- Testing Strategy
- Change Management
- Training & Adoption
Team Building and Leadership
- Establish a shared services organizational structure; recruit key personnel; build a training system; establish a performance management mechanism; build a service culture. Expected team size:
- Phase 1: 5-10 people.
Qualification & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
Professional Qualifications
- Preferred: ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ACA.
Work Experience
- Must have at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Must have personally participated in: the establishment or transformation of a global shared service center.
ERP Experience
- Must have at least one complete ERP implementation experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in: SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
