The People Services Solutions Director – Innovation, AI, Productivity Improvement & Data is a strategic leader responsible for transforming HR service delivery through innovative technologies, data-driven decision-making, and continuous process improvement. This role drives the modernization of HR operations by leveraging AI, automation, and analytics to enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Innovation & Digital Transformation
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative HR service models and digital solutions.
- Identify and pilot emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, chatbots, RPA) to streamline HR processes.
- Foster a culture of innovation within HR Services, encouraging experimentation and agile delivery.
AI & Automation
- Develop and execute an AI strategy for People Services Solutions Team, including use cases in talent acquisition, employee support, and workforce planning.
- Implement intelligent automation to reduce manual tasks and improve service turnaround times.
- Ensure ethical and compliant use of AI in HR, including data privacy and bias mitigation.
Productivity & Process Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations using Lean, Six Sigma, and agile methodologies.
- Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Establish and monitor productivity KPIs and service metrics.
Data & Analytics
- Lead the development of HR data strategy, including governance, reporting, and advanced analytics.
- Enable data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights on workforce trends, service performance, and employee experience.
- Promote data literacy across HR teams and business partners.
Qualification & Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, transformation roles, business or engineering operations
- Proven experience in leading digital HR initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, and data analytics in HR contexts.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, change management, and communication skills.
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ServiceNow, chatbots) and data platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of global HR compliance, data privacy, and ethical AI practices.
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
