Description

Shape Global Enterprise Services strategy and transformation for Finance Delivery Unit, build a clear roadmap in collaboration with Business Functions, Process Owners, Service Delivery and Digital & Technology stakeholders, and define business outcomes (i.e., user experience, value creation, etc.). Be accountable for following a structured methodology, defining clear objectives and milestones, to ensure success and accelerate your career in a dynamic, international environment.

Director, Global Enterprise Services – Business Transformation & Effectiveness (Finance Focus)

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive alignment to build Finance transformation roadmap for Global Enterprise services with process owners (Business Functions), technology owners (Digital & Tech), and delivery unit teams (Global Enterprise Services)
  • Align and manage priorities and resources aligned with Roadmap and Steering Committee, define and lead project pipeline, and change management initiatives
  • Be accountable for day to day management of projects and project teams, responsible to prepare and provide appropriate updates, highlight risks and provide potential solutions to ensure project remains on track, on scope, in budget
  • As a member of the Business Transformation and Effectiveness team support development of the GES BTE team working directly with department head to define people development plan
  • Support Global Enterprise transformation, as we evolve from multifunctional to E2E processes delivery units, and become insight driven, focused on user experience and value creation

Qualification & Requirements

  • Finance Business Services experience: 10 – 15 experience in Business Process, Transformation roles (or equivalent); prior experience working with finance transformation, consulting experience (Big 4 or other relevant) is a plus
  • Finance Transformation experience: experience working or leading finance process transformation; experience implementing SAP Central Finance (CFIN) as part of enterprise transformation; experience with design and transition of activities into GBS / BPO environment and R2D process expert
  • Continuous Improvement & Digitalization: experience supporting digital and technology transformation projects
  • Transformation & Change Management: proven track record connecting the dots cross functionally and portraying a vison/narrative that goes beyond the individual business units & functions, experience in the business services environment aligning service delivery with transformation roadmap, scope expansion
  • Strategic Execution & Collaboration: ability to translate vision into actionable plans, deliver measurable results, and build strong cross-functional partnerships across geographies with excellent influencing and communication skills
  • Global Mindset & Resilience: comfortable operating in multicultural environments, anticipating external trends, and leading through complexity and change with adaptability and composure
