Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the dbs budget, as well as the overall supervision and coordination of the center’s activities and performance
• Responsible for facilitating the smooth running of the center’s operational activities, in line with the programs and standards established by the functional leadership teams.
• Oversee execution, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely processing and recording of transactions, and maintaining a high level of financial control and governance
• Responsible for driving continuous improvement and process innovation towards standardization, automation and digitalization across the financial sector to accelerate cost efficiency.
• Actively contribute to the development of SLAs and KPIs, monitor SLAs and KPIs and act as an escalation point within Dormakaba Business Services for any issues related to service delivery, supporting the center’s functions and towers in resolving and mitigating issues as needed
• Represent the DBs at regular performance review meetings, as well as other meetings of the management and governance bodies

Qualification & Requirements

• Over 10 years of relevant experience in the field of finance and accounting
• Experience in a senior management position in SSC/GBS Finance
• Exposure to a continuous improvement environment
• Fluency in English and Spanish

DESIRABLE

• Knowledge of the SAP Hanna system
• Experience in SOX
