Director, Financial Shared Services

Key Responsibilities

Your work will include:

• Provides direction and oversight to the financial shared services, including, but not limited to the Controlling group (Audit & Financial reporting), General Ledger & Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable and Expense Claim Reimbursement.
• Maintains accurate financial records and control reports under IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
• Ensures that accounting transactions and reports are timely in order to provide accurate fiscal metrics.
• Develops and recommends modifications to policies and programs to ensure the cost effectiveness of those programs. Interprets, develops, and maintains financial policies and procedures.
• Balances customer service and needs with internal control.
• May implement accounting procedures and business rules to ensure efficiency and accuracy of data.
• May serve as point of contact for information for external & internal audit processes and requests.
• Ensures adequate training and development of staff, and ensures appropriate resources are assigned.
• Responsible for Corporate Budget of Income Statement and Balance Sheet, which also includes the Corporate Functions (S&M and G&A)
• This position in Corporate offers the opportunity to work with all BUs at Framatome.

Qualification & Requirements

What You’ve Accomplished

• You have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or have experience in lieu of degree.
• You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields.
• You have worked in a related role for at least 10 years, a minimum of 5 years leadership/management experience is required, and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

• Strong working knowledge of SAP to assist with upcoming upgrade to SAP S/4 Hana preferred.

Benefits

The range of base salary for the position is between $143,000 – $202,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
