Description
Qualtrics is experiencing an exciting period of growth and transformation, creating unique opportunities and challenges for our Finance organization. We are seeking a Director of Finance Operations and Invoice to Cash to partner with our CFO in optimizing finance operations and transforming the Quote to Cash process. This high-impact role will significantly influence the future of Qualtrics and requires strategic thinking, operational expertise, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO, providing insights on financial performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Lead and manage key strategic projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the finance department’s effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Create and present comprehensive reports and analyses to various audiences, including executive leadership and the board of directors.
- Drive key transformative programs, such as the Long Term Plan and Integrated Strategic/Financial Annual Plan.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between finance and cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Oversee and enhance the Invoice to Cash process, managing the collections team and ensuring they meet targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved effectively.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency within the Invoice to Cash workflow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations during the execution of the new invoice to cash process.
- Continuously monitor and improve collections strategies by benchmarking against industry best practices.
Qualification & Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in collections or a related field with a strong understanding of collection strategies and best practices.
- Proven project management skills with a track record of driving successful cross-functional outcomes.
- Exceptional communication abilities, demonstrated by a strong executive presence and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in developing and managing strategic initiatives that drive measurable improvements in financial performance.
- A demonstrated history of leading and managing high-performing teams, including coaching and motivating team members.
