Description
Align work management process design with technologically enabled solutions, implementing subsequent changes through appropriate processes and skill development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the training plans, content and delivery methods for the SEG transition and ongoing process improvement programs.
- Collaborate with global communications to develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan and processes aligned to Newmont’s choice of methodologies and tools
- Drive the change program and processes and ensure all the steps of Newmont’s change methodologies are achieved.
- Partner with IT and support SEG process owners to operationalize processes through digitalization, taking the intent and structuring the technical scope for the Digital teams to source technological enabled solutions.
- Support the process owners in the implementation of a continuous improvement program in SEG
Qualification & Requirements
- Formal education qualifications in Business Administration, Organizational Development, IT, Process Engineering or related fields
- Work management processes, tools and value drivers
- IT technologies and tools
- Project Management fundamentals
- Training methodologies and tools
- Change management processes and tools
- Shared service delivery models
