Description

L’Oréal is currently recruiting for a Project Management Expertise with well-rounded knowledge to manage an important project (NEO*) that will roll out in coming years among SAPMENA countries, which will impact the process/system/ways of working in BEST GBS.

Key Responsibilities

NEO Project Management

  • Set the frame and implement BEST GBS a portfolio of shared methodologies and KPIs, based on NEO project guidelines
  • Work closely with NEO Region & Country teams, provides guidance to BEST team regarding NEO processes & methodology based on the inputs provided by the NEO Regional PMO team, and collaborates with all stakeholders to ensure NEO objectives are completed within the defined standards, budget, deadlines and quality requirements.
  • Define, monitor and report the overall program planning, allocation of resources, governance activities and objective realization, implement and use PMO tools and metrics to coordinate projects and track progress
  • Manage interdependencies & assess risks impacting NEO via regular touchpoints for BEST scope
  • Ensure alignment across NEO Region team, Country, across BEST different service lines

Change Management & Process Knowledge

  • In-depth knowledge of related systems and technologies (e.g SAP)
  • Support change management associated with NEO process, people and technology solutions
  • Facilitate development and training of BEST GBS staff on processes and related systems
  • Work collaboratively with and gain engagement from key operational leaders to implement new processes and procedures

Other strategic finance projects & continuous improvement initiative and implantation

  • He / she reports directly to Head of DEX (Delivery Excellence)

Qualification & Requirements

  • 8+ years project management experience in finance/IT
  • PMP certification will be an added advantage
  • Experience in a multinational working environment desirable
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
  • Driving for changes, high level of agility and adaptability
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • English – fluent spoken and written
