Description

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading O2C US team, including processing of Gross to Net (GTN) claims
- Have clear understanding of the US revenue booking and GTN concept
- Ensure that the claims received are evaluated properly and disputes raised, where required
- Ensure that the disputes raised are resolved on timely basis
- Ensure that there is no revenue leakage on account of incorrect processing of claims
- Monitor outstandings and provide inputs / follow-up for overdue outstandings
- Adhere to the SLA / TAT targets and ensure proper service delivery
- Identify and implement process / system improvement initiatives
- Possess Very good communication skills
- Team management and development
Qualification & Requirements
Qualification & Work Experience
- Qualified CA (Mandatory) with 15-20 years total experience and 10 + years handling US Pharma O2C
