Deputy Director of Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

  • Design HR core processes, establish unified service processes and operating specifications, conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual human cost analysis, manage HR-related outsourcing service providers, improve the construction and implementation methods of attendance, vacation, performance and other systems, and maintain labor relations to ensure compliance and avoid labor employment risks.
  • The work involves all aspects of daily operations, from data analysis and information construction to outsourcing service management and labor relations maintenance, to ensure that the company’s human resources management is efficient and compliant.
  • Personnel work is not only a technical operation, but more importantly, it plays a connecting role in the human resources management system, ensuring that various policies and processes can be effectively implemented, and providing timely and effective support to business departments.
