Description
End to end process flows and control documentation to ensure clarity and audit readiness. Application support documentation and user guides, which are either outdated or missing, causing the team to rely heavily on individual knowledge rather than shared, accessible documentation. Operational efficiency and errors stemming from lack of clear documentation. This role is essential to ensure regulatory compliance, improve knowledge management and reduce risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation such as process flow and controls, data quality and monitoring, upstream and downstream systems, applications support and user guides, compliance and audit requirements.
- Analyze and interpret current CPM processes documentation to build a deep understanding of existing workflows and dependencies.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies or inefficient in current documentation and do the improvements.
- Engage with technology team to gather insights and clarify requirements.
- Review and assess changes requests and create/update the document.
- Requirement gathering, requirement documentation, stakeholder communication, collaboration with technology team, change management, solution delivery support.
Qualification & Requirements
Education- Bachelors or Master degree in Business administration/Information Technology/Computer Science/Engineering/Finance/ or a related field
Experience Range– 8-12 Years ( 5+ Years of Business analyst experience )
Foundational skills:
- Experiences as Business Analyst.
- Experiences in producing high-quality documentation for processes, systems.
- Strong MS Word, Excel and Power Point knowledge is mandatory.
- Hands on creating BRD, FRD and other various requirement document.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Experiences in working in Capital market is an additional advantage.
Desired skills : Banking domain experience is preferred
