DBB Stream Lead Source to Pay (StP)

Key Responsibilities

• Governing the StP DBB template and validating end-to-end sourcing, purchasing and invoice processing standards
• Challenging and supporting OpCo performance to improve cycle times, compliance and supplier execution
• Leading and developing the E2E StP stream team and collaborating closely with DBB Design and Platform Owners
• Coordinating change requests for StP across impact assessment, design, test and release activities
• Aligning systems, data and technology with StP template standards
• Defining PPIs and supporting continuous improvement, including automation opportunities
• Managing change and supporting adoption of StP ways of working in OpCos.

Qualification & Requirements

You’re a Good Candidate if you:

• Bring 10+ years of experience in procurement, Source-to-Pay, P2P or Accounts Payable in a multinational setting
• Understand how procurement processes interact with ERP systems and data flows
• Are analytical, pragmatic and structured in your approach
• Communicate clearly and can translate complex concepts into simple, structured messages
• Demonstrate strong influencing and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders
• Bring proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and energize teams through change.

You are a Great Candidate if you also:

• Have experience with procurement platforms, automation or sourcing transformation programs.
