DBB Stream Lead – Integrated Reporting

Key Responsibilities

• leading the development and continuous refinement of the DBB BI strategy in alignment with EverGreen business goals
• managing a team of BI professionals and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
• enhancing user experience and adoption through innovative solutions (e.g., chatbots like Hoppy)
• overseeing the creation of reporting tools and dashboards that support business decision-making
• collaborating across teams to ensure proper data integration and management from multiple sources
• acting as the main point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and regular communication
• monitoring system performance, driving improvements, and ensuring tools are optimized for user needs
• staying current on BI trends, emerging technologies, and continuously seeking innovation opportunities.

Qualification & Requirements

You’re a Good Candidate If You Have

• a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in BI, AI, or technical solution development
• experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration in global or complex environments
• strong understanding of BI tools, data structures, and reporting frameworks
• excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
• familiarity with change management concepts
• a continuous improvement mindset and ability to adapt to evolving technology trends
• fluent English.

You’re a Great Candidate If You Also Have

• hands-on experience integrating conversational AI into BI platforms
• knowledge of agile delivery (scrum teams) and stakeholder alignment practices
• proven ability to influence, mentor and coach cross-functional teams
• experience working with backend developers, product owners, and global functions stakeholders.
