Customer to Cash Associate Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the complete Customer-to-Cash (C2C) process, including order management, billing, credit, collections, dispute resolution, and cash application.
  • Lead global C2C operations, ensuring process consistency, operational efficiency, and compliance across all regions.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders—Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, Shared Services, and regional teams—to align processes and resolve complex business issues.
  • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization efforts to enhance cash flow, shorten cycle times, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management to C2C teams across multiple locations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, and digital transformation projects related to C2C processes.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in end-to-end Customer-to-Cash (C2C) operations, preferably within a global or multinational environment
  • Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong expertise in order-to-cash processes, accounts receivable, credit management, collections, dispute management, and revenue-related controls
  • Experience in shared services or centralized finance operations is a plus
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and process automation tools
