Our client is a leading multinational logistics and supply chain organization operating multiple business entities across Vietnam. As part of a strategic transformation journey, the company is seeking a seasoned HR leader to drive organizational effectiveness, standardize HR practices, and build a scalable HR operating model that supports future growth.

This role offers a unique opportunity to partner with regional leadership, influence business strategy, and lead the transformation of HR across a complex multi-entity environment.

Country HR Manager (HR Transformation & Shared Services)

Key Responsibilities

HR Transformation & Organizational Development

  • Lead the transformation of HR functions across multiple business units and subsidiaries.
  • Design and implement a scalable HR operating model, including Shared Services capabilities.
  • Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to improve organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Total Rewards & People Strategy

  • Develop and harmonize Total Rewards frameworks, including compensation, benefits, recognition, and performance-linked reward programs.
  • Review and standardize HR policies and practices across entities while ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Support annual compensation reviews, workforce budgeting, and talent retention strategies.

HR Systems & Process Excellence

  • Partner with regional and global teams on HR technology initiatives, including HRIS and ERP implementations.
  • Drive process standardization, governance, and digitalization across HR operations.
  • Leverage HR analytics and workforce data to support strategic decision-making.

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Country and Business Unit leaders across diverse operational environments.
  • Influence and align stakeholders across local, regional, and global teams.
  • Lead communication and change management efforts during transformation and restructuring projects.

Talent & Culture

  • Strengthen talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement practices.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive culture.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Master’s Degree is an advantage.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior HRBP, HR Director, Country HR Manager, or equivalent roles.
  • Strong experience within Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, FMCG, or other operationally intensive industries.
  • Proven track record in HR transformation, organizational restructuring, HR Shared Services, and change management.
  • Experience designing and implementing Total Rewards programs and HR governance frameworks.
  • Exposure to HRIS, SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, DarwinBox, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across different cultures and leadership styles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
