Description
Join this robust team as they build a shared services function! As the VP Corporate Controller, you’ll be a key stakeholder in this business and greatly influence strategic decisions. While this role will lead other leaders, it’s important that you enjoy being in the weeds (building and growing) as needed. Be a part of a successful, approachable, and dynamic leadership team!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial leadership and contribute to organizational success
- Oversee consolidation and accounting functions, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement financial control policies and procedures
- Drive process standardization and improvements across financial operations
- Manage relationships with external financial partners
- Enhance internal control processes to meet evolving needs
- Coordinate comprehensive audit processes
- Collaborate with finance leaders to ensure control adherence
- Establish and oversee shared service accounting functions
- Advise senior management on complex financial matters
- Align financial strategies with broader business objectives
- Foster cross-functional coordination in financial reporting
- Lead and develop high-performing accounting team
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 15+ years of accounting and/or finance experience
- 7+ years of direct report experience (required)
