Description
HR Operations is an integral partner and service provider at Kiewit. In recent years, we have gone from decentralized HR groups to a unified, shared service team, with various HR Centers of Excellence. Our vision is to be a best-in-class international HR organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides comprehensive compensation support to business and shared service units.
- Manage and maintain the company’s job architecture, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct and participate in salary surveys, interpret salary data and perform detailed analyses.
- Research and analyze data to determine appropriate salary levels and job titles.
- Lead compensation review cycles, including process and system enhancements.
- Assist in the creation of incentive and differential pay programs.
- Support the development of compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Conduct impact analysis, data modeling and costing of compensation program changes.
- Undertake special projects as required.
Qualification & Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in compensation management
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and HR managers across business units.
- Proven track record in leading the development, implementation, and administration of comprehensive compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
- Expert proficiency in using Excel and other data analysis tools.
- International experience is highly desirable, particularly in Canada and Mexico.
- Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors compensation modules is advantageous.
