COE – Transformation

Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidate service functions under one organization to drive standardized, efficient and effective processes.
  • Build new functional capabilities internally along the Digital with Global Mindset.
  • Transform service function using best in context systems, self-service, assurance, governance & actionable insights.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of transformation roadmaps by mapping out process transitions across businesses to achieve GCC objectives.
  • Design and drive the transformation agenda and implement business transformation initiatives in alignment with the strategic objectives of the group & GCC.
  • Evaluate existing processes and identify bottlenecks for process improvement prior to transitioning to the GCC.
  • Collaborate with process owners to redesign workflows for efficiency improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation.
  • Implement Lean and Six Sigma principles to streamline operations.
  • Assess current technology stack and recommend upgrades or replacements.
  • Drive adoption of emerging technologies (cloud, AI, RPA) to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new tools and platforms.
  • Lead the identification of transformation initiatives required to drive operational efficiency, enhance organizational processes, and cultivate a transformative culture that aligns with the strategic objectives of the group & GCC.
  • Establish and lead the Transformation COE team to provide centralized governance, standard methodologies, and oversight for transformation initiatives across the GCC.
  • Lead and manage a team of transformation specialists and process architects, providing guidance, direction, and support in their day-to-day activities.

Qualification & Requirements

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business Administration, or a relevant degree from a recognized University.
  • A Master’s Degree is preferred.

Experiences

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience with at least 5-7 years in a leadership or managerial role in diversified GCC / GBS / SSC environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing systems, processes and budgets for large-scale transformation initiatives across functions and businesses in a conglomerate environment.
  • Deep understanding of emerging trends and best practices in the global market and technology landscape.
  • Experience driving transformation initiatives, leveraging cutting edge technologies, and implementing data-driven decision-making.
