Description
A leading private equity-backed professional services organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Transformation and Strategy Officer (CTSO) to drive enterprise-wide transformation and strategic planning efforts. This executive-level role is central to modernizing operations, leading digital and IT transformation initiatives, and shaping long-term strategic direction across a global footprint.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned transformation leader to influence strategic direction at a rapidly evolving, high-growth services organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive & Evolve Transformation Strategy: Own and continuously refine the firm’s transformation strategy, focusing on digital and IT enablement to drive scalable growth and operational efficiency.
- Lead the PMO & Transformation Resources: Lead the Program Management Office (PMO) and associated transformation resources, ensuring the successful execution of key enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Govern KPIs for Performance Transparency: Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in partnership with business units to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Partner with Global Teams for Innovation: Collaborate with global service delivery teams and senior leadership to drive process improvements and technological innovation across a matrixed organization.
- Support Global Capability Center (GCC) Strategy: Contribute to shaping and refining the long-term strategy for the firm’s Global Capability Center (GCC), ensuring that it aligns with overall business goals.
- Strategic Planning Leadership: Play a critical role in the company’s strategic planning process, including facilitating governance, initiative prioritization, and overall execution of strategic goals.
Qualification & Requirements
- Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role focused on transformation, operations, or strategic execution.
- Post-Consulting Experience: Must have experience beyond consulting, ideally in a similar role within a professional services or human capital services organization.
- Digital Transformation Expertise: Proven success leading large-scale digital transformation and change management initiatives in complex, global, or matrixed environments.
- Expertise in Program & Change Management: Deep experience in program management, change management, and operational strategy, with a demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes.
- Leadership & Influence: Strong executive presence and a collaborative leadership style, with the ability to influence decision-making and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
