Description
Chief Shared Services Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the Shared Services strategy in alignment with the organization’s overall strategic objectives and direction.
- Oversee the review and approval of collection plans and mechanisms, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely recovery of due loan payments in line with approved plans.
- Ensure proper oversight of all accounting and financial activities related to loans, including recording payments and balances, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing reliable information to relevant departments.
- Drive the establishment of institutional performance frameworks and standards, while supporting human capital development through attracting qualified talent and encouraging employees to set and achieve individual objectives to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and oversee the development and activation of IT systems to ensure effective implementation, enable digital transformation initiatives, and support the achievement of the organization’s strategic goals.
- Oversee the enhancement and governance of procurement systems and procedures to ensure full coverage of approved processes and alignment with organizational requirements.
- Supervise facilities management and support services activities to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of organizational objectives.
- Lead the development and activation of document and records management systems in accordance with approved standards and frameworks.
- Liaise and maintain effective communication with relevant entities on matters related to Shared Services operations.
- Approve resource requirements for reporting administrative units, including workforce, equipment, and materials, and ensure timely provision.
- Review and endorse human capital development plans for reporting administrative units.
Qualification & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, Information Technology or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred; professional certifications are a plus.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree: 12 years
- Master’s degree: 10 years
- PhD: 8 years
