Description
The position is associated with significant strategic relevance and international visibility. A certain level of presence at the company headquarters in southern Germany is expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of an integrated people and transformation strategy
- Responsibility for the group-wide HR organization, talent management, compensation, learning & development and culture
- Management of the transformation program including organizational realignment (TOM), development of shared services and governance
- Initiation and implementation of modern HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors)
- Sparring partner for CEO, CFO and supervisory board on culture and governance issues
Qualification & Requirements
- Proven management experience at board level, as CHRO, CPTO or equivalent in international industrial companies
- Successfully implemented transformation and reorganization projects with measurable impact
- Deep HR expertise, ideally with know-how in payroll, labor law, and HR digitalization
- International experience, excellent communication skills, strategic leadership skills
- Fluent in German and English
