The Global Process & Stakeholder Management (GPSM) function within Finance Risk Shared Services (FRSS) is responsible for partnering with the Global Process Owners in Finance to transform the end-to-end Global Operating Model for all Financial Books and Records processes, platforms and results.

The UAT Analyst will be responsible to handle the end to end delivery of critical transformational initiatives related to system enhancements and integration linked to consent order, CAP, regulatory requirements, IMRs, etc. The analyst is expected to support all applications covered in the FRSS Change Management & Enhancement group.

The person needs to be a senior leader on the team with substantial professional experience, can coordinate deliverables across different areas/functions, communicates well with senior management and is a self-starter (i.e. takes the initiative and does not require much supervision). The person will need to be fully focused on Implementation but should assist in troubleshooting Production issues and/or providing coverage (if other responsibilities permit).

Key Responsibilities

Contributes to the design, roll-out and governance of financial solutions, including:

  • Participates in formulating and setting strategic direction for the process, organization and architecture covering Finance across Citi businesses, products, functions and locations
  • Assists in setting business and information architecture standards for Finance
  • Plays a part in settling and operating necessary forums and frameworks to establish and govern policies and starts for global Finance processes
  • Participates in assessing and incorporating changing business, regulatory and market information needs into finance processes and applications
  • Resolves complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret policies, guidelines or processes.
  • Manages one or more processes, reports, procedures or products, and considered analytical or procedural “expert” representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables.
  • May supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees.
  • Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualification & Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant work experience in large financial services, consulting, shared services’ operations related or similar industry.
  • With basic understanding of financial and regulatory reporting is preferred.
  • Extensive experience on Software Development Life cycle in the area of Change Management for Data Warehousing, finance and risk related systems.
  • Strong and demonstrated implementation and project management, leadership and execution skills.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication, influencing and presentation skills – must be able to present and influence across organization level and functions.
  • Knowledge of Citi’s financial and risk systems, financial and regulatory reporting processes and organization is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with dashboard creation
  • Background in Tableau, SQL will be an advantage
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Education: Bachelors degree graduate
