Key Responsibilities

Multi-Stack Engineering

  • Drive excellence across web, mobile, and digital platforms using modern frameworks and technologies
  • Oversee digital experience design implementation and workflow orchestration capabilities
  • Lead headless CMS implementations and architecture decisions
  • Champion AI-enabled engineering practices using cutting-edge tools like Figma, V0, Cursor, LangChain, and Bolt

Engineering Excellence

  • Establish and maintain rigorous code quality standards and coverage metrics
  • Define custom practice architecture guidelines and technical documentation standards
  • Implement automated testing frameworks and continuous integration practices
  • Drive quality-driven development (QDD) practices throughout the SDLC

Operational Excellence

Global Delivery Model

  • Establish follow-the-sun delivery methodology ensuring 24/7 operations
  • Maintain 30% working day overlap with US EST time zone
