In this field-based position, you’ll work closely with a highly skilled team, supported by dedicated lead generation and cross-functional resources. As our IT Business Development Manager at CBS, you will take ownership of driving growth and building strong client relationships.

Business Development Manager – IT Managed Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieving your gross profit sales targets and meeting agreed KPIs.
  • Prospecting and securing new business opportunities within our defined ‘ideal customer’ segment.
  • Managing and advancing your sales pipeline to convert prospects into long-term customers.
  • Designing and executing strategic sales plans to meet revenue objectives.
  • Demonstrating a strong commercial and technical understanding of Microsoft products and services, communicating value effectively to a diverse customer base.
  • Delivering the full sales cycle with professionalism and efficiency—including prospecting, client meetings, qualification, presentations, quoting, and proposal submissions.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Strong Communication Skills: Capable of engaging with C-level clients at nationally recognised organisations.
  • IT Expertise: Your past exposure to enterprise IT gives you a deep understanding of its sales cycles and the ability to create compelling solutions in order to help clients optimise, automate, and transform their IT infrastructures.
