Description
A financial shared service company specializing in manufacturing is seeking for a Manager in Business Analysis department. This role requires an individual capable of leading a team, with a focus on developing analyses, proposed business processes, including workflows, diagrams, and Standard Operating Procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Team up with project managers, developers, and designers to make sure requirements are met.
- Define and gather clear requirements for future reports and user interface improvements.
- Improve business processes by identifying and suggesting better ways to do things.
- Test and validate new solutions to ensure they meet business needs. Provide support and training after implementation.
Qualification & Requirements
- Must have strong project management and process improvement skills.
- Experience testing and mapping business processes using tools like Visio and JIRA.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in analytics and systems development.
