Associate Director, Optimisation and Implementation Shared Services

Key Responsibilities

The Associate Director, Optimisation and Implementation Shared Services role will develop, implement and lead service optimisation strategies, establish a centre of excellence, identify opportunities for internal improvements, and drive efficiency initiatives. With a focus on strategic, forward-thinking approaches and best practices, the role leads Employee Financial Shared Services optimisation and implementation efforts to enhance efficiency and contribute to the success of the NSW Health system.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Candidates must have Australian work rights (citizens, permanent residents, or valid work visa). Permanent roles are open to Australian citizens and permanent residents, while temporary and casual roles welcome applicants with a visa.
