Description

We are looking for an experienced HR leader to serve as a strategic partner to senior business leaders and drive people initiatives across a fast-paced, global organization. This role will lead key HR programs focused on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and operational excellence while supporting business transformation and growth.

Salary Range: Open to discussion

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x RTO)

Shift Schedule: Night shift (Flexible but mapped on US hours)

Associate Director – Human Resources (Shared Services)

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders on workforce planning, talent management, organizational structure, and employee-related strategies.
  • Lead and support initiatives involving succession planning, leadership development, organizational design, and performance management.
  • Drive HR transformation efforts, including process improvement initiatives and HR technology or chatbot-related programs.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business units and global teams to influence and implement people strategies.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, workplace policies, labor regulations, and evolving workforce trends.
  • Champion company culture, leadership principles, diversity initiatives, and employee value programs.
  • Establish governance processes, reporting standards, and performance metrics to monitor HR effectiveness and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with HR functional teams and business leaders to align local and regional talent priorities with organizational goals.
  • Manage escalations and support resolution of complex people and operational issues.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Minimum 20 years of overall professional experience, with at least 15 years in senior HR Business Partnering or strategic HR leadership roles
  • Extensive experience supporting executive leadership within complex, fast-paced organizations
  • Background working in Global Capability Center (GCC) environments highly preferred
  • Exposure to multinational organizations and collaboration with U.S.-based stakeholders or clients is an advantage
  • Proven experience operating within global matrix organizations and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships
  • Strong understanding of talent strategy, organizational development, workforce planning, and HR operations
  • Knowledge of HR systems, analytics, and process improvement initiatives preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced HR studies or certifications are a plus
