Description
Act as people leader and escalation point for Shared Service.
Key Responsibilities
Benefits Administration
- Leads the delivery and implementation of HR benefit programs and strategies
- Implements changes to HR processes to ensure compliance with Statutory Regulations and the Company’s procedures and controls.
Payroll Administration
- Oversees daily operations to ensure effective and efficient delivery of payroll services
- Ensure that payments are processed within company policies and local regulations.
Records Management
- Manages the Records Management team in maintaining accuracy and integrity of
the master data file both in physical and digitized records.
Analytics and Reporting
- Ensures that delivery of regular and ad hoc reports is done in a consistent, timely and accurate manner
- Collaborates closely with various stakeholders and assist them in formulating strategic initiatives based on recommendations supported by thorough analysis and validated information.
Compliance and Audit
- Ensures compliance with audit requirements, including regulatory, internal, client-specific, and certification audits. This encompasses a thorough review of all operational procedures to ensure they meet established standards and regulations.
Assimilation
- Responsible for overseeing engagement within the first 90 days of employment and compliance to New Hire Orientation (NHO). This includes ensuring new employees are properly introduced to company culture, policies, and procedures, and providing ongoing support to help the new hires integrate seamlessly into their roles.
Qualification & Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree is required
- With solid general Human Resources experience
- At relative years of related experience in the areas of Compensation and Benefits, Records Management, Onboarding and Background Verification and HR Analytics and Reporting
- Strong knowledge of various local employment laws and practices
- Excellent interpersonal and proven leadership skills
- Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner
- Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully
- Can contribute on improvement and streamlining of processes
- Can work under minimum supervision
- Presentation skills
- Excellent computer skills, including Word, Powerpoint and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Effective oral and written communication skills
