Associate Director, GBS – Supply Chain Excellence

Key Responsibilities

Partner Cross-functionally

• Be an ambassador for Global Business Services & our GCC teams to all our regional Business Unit & Global Partners
• Drive strategic alignment & prioritization with our regional & global partners within Supply chain
• Ensure effective Ways of Working with other functions such as Procurement, Finance & HR as well as Internal GBS Partners such as Capabilities, Continuous Improvement & Automation

Drive The Transformation Agenda

• Develop & execute a Multi-Year Transformation roadmap focusing on Geographic & Scope Expansion as well as Digital & Process improvement initiatives to deliver sustainable savings & business value

Define Supply Chain our Operating model

• Establish a Globally aligned Operating & Collaboration model between our GCC’s & Business Units
• Clearly define Roles & Responsibilities across daily operations as well as people & performance related routines
• Optimize Ways of Working to eliminate duplicated & non-value adding work

Deliver a Great Service Experience

• Stay close to the pulse of our GCC teams & our stakeholders
• Define & implement a plan turn our Detractors into Promotors
• Ensure we have the right action plans & routines in place to drive Service Experience (NPS) excellence

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field
• 12+ Years Supply Chain experience preferably within FMCG
• Strong knowledge of S&OP and Supply Chain principles
• Experience working in Global or Regional roles similar to CoE (Center of Excellence)
• Proven experience in managing complex cross-functional projects, including budget, timeline, and resource management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
