Description
As an Associate Director – FP&A, you will be a strategic finance leader responsible for enterprise-wide financial planning, performance management, and executive decision support. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape financial strategy, drive operational efficiency, and lead high-impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise FP&A function, including long-range planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and business heads, providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Lead the development of financial frameworks, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Identify and lead implementation of overhead and other cost control initiatives.
- Drive transformation initiatives to enhance financial systems, tools, and processes, ability to switch from Excel to Tech led analysis.
- Oversee preparation of board-level presentations and leadership communications.
- Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team across geographies.
- Ensure financial governance, compliance, and risk management across planning activities.
- Collaborate with corporate strategy, operations, and business units to align financial goals with business outcomes.
Qualification & Requirements
- CA or MBA (Finance) with 10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale financial planning and transformation projects.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
- Expertise in financial systems, data analytics, and business intelligence tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Global exposure and experience in managing diverse teams is a plus.
