As an Associate Director, you will join our office leadership team. You will be an integral part of moving our business forward and helping our Fortune 500 clients with unique solutions to their challenges. Associate Director / Director – Captive Insurance

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall servicing of a portfolio of key client accounts
  • Member of office leadership team: develop strategies across key components of our business.
  • Mentor and develop colleagues.
  • Strategize with clients on how best to optimize their captive insurance company and help develop solutions to complex client problems.
  • Collaborate with other parts of Aon to bring the best solutions to our clients.
  • Prepare and present insights during client board meetings.
  • Increase Aon’s profile within the captive insurance market.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills and proven track record in similar roles
  • Extensive and proven experience in senior roles, within captive insurance management – essential
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to lead projects and motivate teams to execute strategies.
  • Resiliency and creativity
  • Strong presentations and soft skills
