Associate Director / Deputy Head – Shared Services (Private Equity)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large operational functions, managing complex escalations and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service performance, client experience, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive process optimisation, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business growth.
• Contribute to medium- to long-term service transformation, capability building, and talent development within the shared services organisation.

Qualification & Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in fund administration / fund services, ideally in regulated environments.
• Proven experience leading large, multi-layered teams in shared services or operations.
• Strong exposure to governance frameworks, audit, risk, and compliance oversight.
• A track record of driving operational excellence, standardisation, and process improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership and client engagement.
• Experience working across regional or multi-market operations is highly preferred.
