Description
The Team
Our DTS team covers the full breadth of Technology Consulting and M&A services, including –
Technology M&A and Strategy – Assist clients to manage the technology aspects and business enablement of complex M&A, integrations and carve-outs as well as post-deal value creation
Technology Consulting – End to end technology advisory for clients, including developing technology roadmaps, platform/cloud/data advisory as well as transformation excellence for a digital transformation
Data & AI services – Helping clients in harnessing the power of data and cutting-edge analytics to drive intelligent decision-making and transform businesses.
Develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions that create real business value for clients through process re-invention
How You Will Contribute
As a Senior Associate in the Business Case & Value COE in Digital & Technology Services (DTS) you will support the design, quantification, and tracking of technology-enabled business value, working closely with senior stakeholders to translate transformation initiatives into credible financial outcomes (EBITDA, cash, cost, revenue). This role is hands-on, analytical, and client-facing.
Key Responsibilities
Business Case & Value Identification
- Support current-state baselining across cost, process performance, and technology footprint
- Build value driver trees linking operational levers to financial outcomes
- Develop ROM business cases (cost, benefit, ROI, payback)
- Support opportunity prioritization using value, feasibility, and risk criteria
- Prepare executive-ready materials for investment approval
Value Realization Office (VRO) Design & Operation
- Support VRO operating model design & implementation (roles, KPIs, cadence, tools)
- Build and maintain benefits tracking dashboards (planned vs actual)
- Track value realization across transformation lifecycle
- Support PMO integration and governance reporting
- Identify early signals of value leakage
Value Recovery & Intervention
- Support diagnostic analysis of under-realized benefits
- Conduct root-cause analysis (adoption, process gaps, tech issues)
- Track recovery actions and reclaimed benefits
- Support sustainability and handover to BAU teams
Qualification & Requirements
- 3+ years in consulting, transformation PMO, finance, or analytics roles
- Strong financial modeling & Excel / PowerPoint skills
- Understanding of KPIs, process performance, and cost structures
- Experience in working with senior stakeholder
- Experience in tech transformation programs with a broad understanding of strategy, selection/sourcing, architecture, roadmap, optimization for one or more of the transformation archetypes: Data & AI, Digital, ERP/CX/HR/Supply Chain, Cloud, Operating model, Post merger integration
