Description
Join ING as a APAC People Services Lead (Director Level)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and steer all HR EX-improvement initiatives in all APAC markets and in Hubs PH
- Oversee and steer all improvement actions on the development of new service channels in cooperation with CPS and Tech teams
- Functionally lead the local people service delivery (including payroll) on all markets in APAC including all relevant responsibilities as functional lead for performance management, compensation and succession planning.
- Identify efficiencies in all local PS teams in terms of automation, digitization or organizational restructuring and supports the budget and DP provision in alignment with Country HRDs and GHR peers
- Works closely together with the head of HR Operations and head of Governance and Transformation in COO People and hubs leaders in CPS to align on quality assurance measures, audit compliance and EX improvement actions to achieve our EX and compliance ambitions for 2025 onwards
- Represents COO People as Lead APAC voice on EX in all internal/external publishing (social media, conferences, etc.) – this includes the review and approval of all communication on EX
- Will be part of the future COO strategy board together with the COO People MT
In addition to these job responsibilities, as Head of PS – ING Hubs Philippines:
- Oversees sourcing and talent acquisition to ensure on time delivery of business requirements
- Ensures that HR Non-Financial Risk is managed, with no high risk reported and overdue incidents and
- Oversees the Service Delivery in Payroll, Benefits Administration, WD, HR Contracts and Employee Relations
