AMS – Accounts Payable and Reimbursements Shared Services Center Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall operation and optimization of the Financial Shared Service Center team in the Americas region.
• Upgrade the financial system and procedure according to the financial management standards and the requirements of overseas business.
• Familiar with AMS policies and regulations, establish a mechanism for quality control, manage risk and provide advice from the perspective of internal control.
• Respond actively to business demands and decide whether it is reasonable then offer professional advice and support.

Qualification & Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Prior experience leading Finance shared services teams; Employment Reimbursement, Accounts Payable, and/or Fixed Asset Management.
• Familiar with AMS accounting systems and rules as well as basic laws.
• Capable of adapting to a diverse work culture; excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit are required; ability to collaborate smoothly with domestic and overseas departments.
• At least 5+ years of experience leading a dedicated FSSC or Accounts Payable team.
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin is required due to system and financial documents.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ Years of experience in financial management for multinational corporations
• Experience in establishing a Financial Shared Service Center overseas or from TMT industries.
