A2C Manager – SSC

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing A2C cycles with a focus on its implications for revenue generation.
• Supervising and assigning tasks to Managers and Senior Managers effectively.
• Ensuring team leaders are held accountable for their performance and the achievement of their team’s goals.
• Communicating effectively with business partners to manage outcomes.
• Understanding the impact of bad debt on our financial performance and taking necessary action.
• Collaborating with third parties, specifically Sutherland, and managing relationship and controls.
• Facilitating internal communication and operating efficiently in a large and complex organization.
• Managing accounts receivable operations and implementing business process improvements.
• Handling bankruptcy cases and B2B collections.
• Leading project management efforts and utilizing Oracle Fusion.

Qualification & Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of working experience in the relevant field
• Proficiency in Bankruptcy and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience working in Shared Services
• Strong skills in Business Process Improvement
• Proven track record in Project Management
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion
• Experience in B2B collections
