Shared Services Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the standardization and streamlining of accounts payable processes across Americas, EMEA and APAC, eliminating inconsistency and driving efficiency globally
• Own the bank rationalization roadmap
• Manage banking relationships and cash management activity across regions, including vendor communications, customer letters and ERP system integration
• Identify and eliminate waste across AP workflows, building scalable processes that can be owned and operated consistently regardless of geography
• Partner with the CFO on strategic finance initiatives including potential acquisitions, capital structure decisions and treasury development
• Serve as the connective tissue between regional finance teams, ensuring a unified approach to process and workflow

What you bring

• At least five years of experience in a finance, accounting or shared services role within a global organization
• Solid understanding of accounts payable fundamentals including PO matching, vendor management and payment terms
• Exposure to multi-currency transactions and cross-border financial operations
• A process improvement mindset, you spot inefficiency and you know how to fix it
• Basic treasury or cash management knowledge, or a strong interest in developing it
• A bias for action and a willingness to roll up your sleeves in a lean, high-growth environment
• Experience with ERP systems and comfort working across finance and operational teams
