Description

As a Process Excellence Leader, you will shape the future of our Global Business Services (GBS) organization by acting as a strategic Process Architect. This role goes beyond traditional Lean Six Sigma responsibilities and focuses on bridging manual operations, ERP‑based processes, RPA, and future Agentic AI capabilities.

You will lead a distributed Continuous Improvement team across global hubs, driving process standardization, digital readiness, and scalable transformation across GBS service lines.

Key Responsibilities

Process Architecture & Global Standardization

  • Drive end‑to‑end process standardization across global GBS hubs, eliminating regional variations, shadow processes, and manual workarounds
  • Apply Lean methodologies to ensure strong process health and stability before introducing automation or AI solutions
  • Govern the global process repository, ensuring consistency across key GBS towers such as:
    • Record‑to‑Report (R2R)
    • Order‑to‑Cash (O2C)
    • Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P)
    • Other GBS service lines

Digital Readiness & Agentic AI Enablement

  • Optimize the interaction architecture between core ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and specialized business solutions
  • Identify and prioritize high‑value automation and cognitive AI use cases, beyond rule‑based RPA
  • Translate complex business processes and decision logic into structured reasoning paths suitable for AI pilots and future Agentic AI deployment

Strategic Partnership & Governance

  • Act as a key interface between GBS Operations, IT, and the RPA / Automation Center of Excellence
  • Define and enforce process hygiene and governance standards to improve automation success rates, stability, and scalability
  • Support achievement of financial, operational, and process performance targets through strong governance and cross‑functional alignment

Qualification & Requirements

Methodological & Transformation Expertise

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a strong foundation in process waste reduction and process stabilization
  • Design Thinking capability to map user‑centric and agent‑centric process flows
  • Experience managing large‑scale programs and transformations within GBS, SSC or BPO environment

Technical & Domain Knowledge

  • Strong functional understanding of GBS Service Catalogs, including R2R, O2C, and P2P domains
  • Advanced understanding of ERP ecosystems and their interaction with third‑party business applications
  • Ability to clearly differentiate between rule‑based automation (RPA) and logic‑based cognitive solutions (AI / Agents)

Leadership & Change Skills

  • Proven experience leading multi‑location, cross‑time‑zone teams
  • Strong change leadership capabilities, with a track record of guiding organizations through digital and operational transformation
